1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Emoh Links internet services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Emoh Links provides high-speed fiber internet services to residential and business customers in Ruaka, Ndenderu, Kiambu, and surrounding areas in Kenya.
- Home Internet packages: Bronze (7 Mbps), Silver (10 Mbps), Gold (15 Mbps)
- Business Internet solutions: Starter (20 Mbps), Professional (50+ Mbps), Enterprise (100+ Mbps)
- 24/7 technical support and customer service
- Professional installation and maintenance services
3. Service Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% network uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may experience planned maintenance or unexpected outages.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
- Service credits may be provided for extended outages exceeding 24 hours
4. Billing and Payment Terms
- Monthly billing cycles begin on the date of service activation
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date
- Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa (Paybill: 4165623), Bank transfer, Cash
- Late payment fees: KSh 500 per month for accounts 15+ days overdue
- Service suspension may occur for accounts 30+ days overdue
- Reconnection fee: KSh 1,000 after service suspension
5. Installation and Equipment
- Professional installation is included with all service packages
- Equipment provided includes: Fiber modem, WiFi router, cables
- Equipment remains property of Emoh Links
- Customer is responsible for equipment care and protection
- Equipment replacement fee: KSh 5,000 for lost or damaged equipment
- Installation appointments must be scheduled within 48 hours of service order
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Customers agree to use our internet service responsibly and in compliance with Kenyan laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities:
- Illegal file sharing or copyright infringement
- Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
- Hacking or unauthorized network access
- Excessive bandwidth usage affecting other users
- Running commercial servers without business plan
Permitted Usage:
- Web browsing and email
- Video streaming and gaming
- Remote work and video conferencing
- Online learning and research
- Social media and communication
7. Data Privacy and Security
- We do not monitor or store your internet browsing history
- We may collect usage statistics for network optimization
- Customer data is protected according to our Privacy Policy
- We comply with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019
- Network security measures are implemented to protect all users
8. Service Termination
Customer Termination:
- 30-day written notice required
- Final bill includes prorated charges
- Equipment return required within 7 days
- Early termination fee may apply
Company Termination:
- Violation of acceptable use policy
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent account activity
- Service area discontinuation
9. Limitation of Liability
Emoh Links' liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Third-party content or services
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions)
10. Dispute Resolution

- Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations
- Unresolved disputes subject to Kenyan law and jurisdiction
- Alternative dispute resolution (mediation) encouraged
11. Modifications to Terms
Emoh Links reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
